18th International Conference of Ethiopian Studies. Dire Dawa 29 Oct. - 2 Nov. 2012. "Movements in Ethiopia / Ethiopia in Movement"
You can register through the online form below in one of the 4 categories of participants:
| 1. | International participants | i.e. paper presenters who are faculty members or students in academic institutions outside Ethiopia (or independant researchers). |
| 2. | International participants resident in Ethiopia | i.e. paper presenters who are faculty members or students in Ethiopian academic institutions and holders of an ID delivered by Ethiopian authorities |
| 3. | Ethiopian national participants | i.e. paper presenters of Ethiopian nationality, faculty members or students in an Ethiopian institution. |
| 4. | Non paper presenters. | Those who wish to attend the conference without presenting a paper have the possibility to register to the ICES 18, but they must be informed that priority is given in the reservation of accomodation and transport to paper presenters. Non-paper presenters who wish to attend the conference are able to apply for registration, but their registration will be confirmed only after 15 September, depending on the availability of rooms. |

N.B. Registration fees will be paid cash in Ethiopian birrs at the registration desk in Addis Ababa on the days before the conference or in Dire Dawa. There is no possibility of transfers.
N.B. 2 : Ethiopian national participants can apply for an individual support by the Organizing Committee. This support will cover accomodation and transportation costs, in addition to meals offered to registered participants. No additional per diem will be granted.
N.B. 3: Registration fees are due, even for supported participants.
